How high is the VAT rate in Norway?
It is 25 % on all goods. It means that all prices include a VAT rate which hence corresponds to 20% of the total selling price.

Price of good including VAT is NOK 200.-
The VAT is calculated 200 * 20% of selling price = NOK 40-

In Norway the minimum amount is NOK 315. -
Can I use the Norway Tax Free Refund system for all my expenses?
No, you can only use it for goods, which you will take with you out of the country.
Services are hence not included, nor is food, which you consume during your stay.
