Forms are taken to the Customer Service desk which is situated in the baggage reclaim hall. Forms are given to the staff at the Customer Service Desk.
Inverness Airport:
The black VAT reclaim box is situated on the wall to the left of the entrance to departures. This is in the main concourse prior to entry to the security area.
