What is our Service?
Our scheme is simple and straightforward to use. We issue you with all the stationery and training that you need to get going.
With each eligible purchase you issue the traveller with one of our forms, and an envelope. Instructions are also included informing them of the next steps of the process.
When the form has been stamped by customs and returned to us we then refund the traveller their VAT, deducting a small administration fee. As part of our scheme we will share some of this administration fee with you.
